Service Design Working Group organized an open panel discussion “Service design – in the moment of crisis” on the 25th of May, 2022.
Professors Nicola Morelli and Satu Miettinen opened panel with short introductions about the service design role and insights in conflicted and complex space.
There was an open mic to share insights, reconnect after the pandemic and update on current and future events on service design.
