Mission Statement
The college carries forward the excellent Chinese culture and aesthetic spirit, practices the great artistic spirit of "ideological and political soul infiltrating, fostering morality and cultivating people, benevolent love, integrity and innovation", strives to build a practical teaching system, a "great ideological and political" teaching system, and an innovation and entrepreneurship education system. That aside, we are committed to cultivating socialist qualified builders and reliable successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, taking root in Liaoning, irradiating northeast China, facing the whole country and heading toward the world. We strive to build a first-class private university with a reputation of "yearning of students, happiness of teachers and reverence of the society" both at home and abroad, and make unremitting efforts to build a high-level applied art college!
International Role
We has carried out international cooperation with the University of Amiens in France and the Krirk University in Thailand, and established the "Silk Road Youth International Art College", respectively, creating an integrated talent training system at home and abroad for bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. The institute ranks ahead in the "Chinese Art Private University Ranking" of the China Alumni Association Network and enjoys a high reputation domestically and internationally.
National Role
We have established in-depth cooperation with Liaoning Light Industry Federation, Liaoning Tourism Commodity Association, Dalian Public Cultural Service Center, and Dalian Graphic Design Association.
