The CUMULUS Intellectual Property (IP) Working Group, in collaboration with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), is developing a new resource:
“IP Teaching Standards for Design Academies.”
This toolkit will support design and art institutions in embedding strong, relevant IP education into their curricula.
Why We Need Your Input
We are conducting a short survey to understand:
• Whether institutions have dedicated IP offices or support,
• How IP education is currently delivered,
• What additional tools and resources are needed to strengthen IP teaching.
Completing the survey takes less than 5 minutes and will have a lasting impact on how future designers understand and navigate intellectual property challenges.
