The food sector is directly influenced by the emergent technologies, which influence how food resources are managed domestically and commercially. Rather than talk about food directly, the workshop is asking experts in design to talk about their areas of expertise in architecture, art, design management, technology and food resources to understand the influence that these disciplines have on the food sector. By talking and working with other disciplines and cultures we are enriching our knowledge and methodologies to design more relevant food systems.
