National Role
SEIKA partnered with Kyoto City to create the Kyoto International Manga Museum, an extensive research center and popular active exhibition, seminar and international conference venue in central Kyoto. http://www.kyotomm.jp/english/

SEIKA has strong connections with traditional crafts and arts practitioners in Kyoto, supporting a unique open lecture series and an internship program (for enrolled students only)
