International Role

The Global Connect initiative at FLAME University is aimed at promoting FLAME’s internationalization strategy. It is a mutually beneficial association of the University with leading international universities, reputed institutes and internationally acclaimed research bodies. The aim of these associations, in addition to the academic enrichment of students and faculty, is to present to the FLAME community a contemporary but coherent account of the various international developments, events, ideas and situations as they unfold.

FLAME University’s Career Services Office (CSO) and Higher Education Counselling Services (HECS) help students fulfil their ambitions by providing them with the best available employment resources, personalised guidance and career counselling.
From building resumes, to organising placement related workshops, to providing guidance for higher education opportunities, the CSO and HECS prepare students to build robust profiles for their unique career pathways.
The CSO and HECS also work in collaboration with the Alumni Relations Office strengthening relationships with alumni and recruiters, thereby giving students equal opportunities to realise their dreams.

In line with the vision of creation, advancement and dissemination of knowledge in an interdisciplinary context, research in diverse academic fields is intrinsic to the education process at FLAME University.
As an institution of higher learning, FLAME University lays significant focus on the role and status of research as the central theme of all academic activity. It is the pursuit of research excellence that determines and shapes the academic aspirations of faculty and students at the University. Taking up challenging assignments and projects, and seeking solutions through research-based education, is relentlessly encouraged. The teaching excellence of the faculty at FLAME University is adequately complemented by the rigor in research. Faculty at FLAME University are dedicated to guide students to incorporate research into their academic programs. Faculty constantly assist students in accessing research opportunities as well as providing instruction on research methodologies and areas of research focus.
FLAME University hosts as many as seven fully functional, research-oriented and dedicated research centers that continuously endeavor to translate the University’s commitment to academic prestige through higher quality research. The following Centers at the university facilitate and pursue cutting-edge research by continuously promoting and enhancing the University’s research capacity through various academic initiatives. Amongst others, these include developing networks with researchers and research centers; building linkages with industry; providing interdisciplinary training for undergraduate and postgraduate students; and by reaching out to the leading researchers internationally to augment University’s contribution to the community.
