CWGs are communities of practice created by and for our members to share expertise and engage on a diversity of topics that matter to our disciplines.
Through an evolving process of knowledge development and sharing, CWGs create a year-round space for virtual and in-person focused sessions to regularly increase engagement and communication on a variety of relevant and timely interests.

After the presentations we will have an open discussion about the topics.
The Cumulus Intellectual Property Working Group will hold its second meeting on “Design Protection Across Borders” with presentations on the Hague System, the Registered Community Design (EU) and national design registration procedures (HU, MX).
The Working Group will also discuss what options are available to creators for IP protection and how the Working Group can help them with these processes. We would like to set up a hotline for IP issues and questions, especially those related to cross-border issues. Anyone interested in IP protection and in setting up the hotline is invited to attend.
