Mission Statement

Becoming an interior designer, product designer, graphic designer, scenographer is for many students a dream synonymous with creativity, freedom and passion. Above all, it is complex, rigorous and time-consuming jobs that force each student to invest in this path in full conscience.

The École Bleue claims to be a serious, efficient, forward-looking and pragmatic, creative and realistic school.

Its objective is to train enthusiastically in these professions, by promoting the multidisciplinary approach necessary for the overall and detailed design of our living spaces (housing, cultural spaces, shops, health and social action, leisure, etc.).

We achieve this educational objective through rigorous programs of courses, exercises, experimentation and reflection, which we want to be precise, progressive and professional.

The pedagogical convictions of the École Bleue are simple: to impose rigorous and balanced weekly schedules, to require a large amount of work, to provoke enthusiasm, to encourage and congratulate the approach as much as the result, to motivate passion, to annihilate laziness. It is up to the school to demand, to organize, to explain, to listen, to improve, to refine, to reassure. All this is possible thanks to our teachers, passionate and fascinating, firm and indulgent, invested, active, generous and rigorous, convinced of the educational project.

We believe in the power of example, clearly expressed authority and benevolence.

That's what we've been doing for almost 30 years.

International Role

Our international role is:

  • To train young talents able of adapting to multicultural environments in very globalized sector such as interior design, graphic design, product design.

National Role

Our role is to prepare future interior architects, product designers and graphic designers and to contribute to the local economy by developing our students' analytical and reflective minds, their creative and forward-looking potential. In this approach, each year our students participate in various events and competitions: Paris Design Week, Mobilier National competition, Verallia, Émile Hermès Prize, etc., which are, for our students, so many preparatory bridges to the professional world.

Our role is also to be a key player in the various professional networks related to our educational field.
