Ethical Leadership: a conversation

The field of design has undergone significant evolutions, characterized by a diversification and complexity, gradually expanding its scope. To navigate this complex landscape, designers are led to adopt a innovative and ethical approach. We propose a workshop session in Budapest to question these new ethics of design as an introduction to the next conference in Nantes in June 2025, specifically calling for contributions around six themes.

1. Digital Ethics: From UX to Ecosystems, from AI Ubiquity to AI Acceptability
2. Food Ethics: Food Serenity and Environmental Challenges
3. Care and public innovative action Issues: Managing new ethics of public design
4. City and Territorial Development Issues: Social Inequalities and Territorial Development
5. Informational Issues: Information and Interaction Design & Trust in Information
6. Design Entrepreneurship: From “Doing” to “Making Do”, Challenges of the Hierarchical Evolution of Designers
