Anadolu University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics is pleased to announce the first edition of the Tecnodieci Art Turkish Coffee Cup Design Competition, organised with the support of its main sponsor, Tecnodieci.
Rooted in the cultural heritage of Turkish coffee, the competition invites students to reinterpret the traditional Turkish coffee cup and saucer through a contemporary ceramic design approach. The competition aims to encourage original proposals that bring together cultural values, production techniques, functionality, aesthetics and user experience, while also exploring design solutions suitable for industrial ceramic production.
Eligibility
The competition is open to undergraduate, graduate and proficiency in art/doctoral students studying in Fine Arts, Art and Design, Industrial Design, Ceramics, Glass and related departments.
Participants may submit a maximum of two original Turkish coffee cup and saucer designs. Submitted works must be produced mainly from ceramic material, be suitable for mass production, and must not have previously received an award, been exhibited or been shared on social media or other online platforms.
Awards
- First Prize: 50,000 TRY
- Second Prize: 30,000 TRY
- Third Prize: 20,000 TRY

- Delivery of Selected Works: 23–26 June 2026
