– have a broad spectrum of design approaches with a strong and open visual language
– handle pictures and text in editorial work contentually and conceptionally
– use digital and analogue design techniques reflectively
– situate their teaching in public discourses, particularly in the interaction with digital cultures

– have a teaching concept for the subject “intermedial design”
The position holder teaches in the Bachelor study program in Communication Design and in the Master study program in Visual Strategies and Stories, both in the focus projects and the subject-specific basics. Furthermore, on-site teaching and dedicated participation in academic self-governance are expected.
In addition to fulfilling the appointment requirements according to § 35 HSG LSA, an affinity for topics dealt with at a university of the arts, related to their own biography, is desired.
