The DEsign for Health, wellbeing and Aging Working Group, aligned with the objectives of the 3rd Sustainable Development goal, Good Health and Well-being, aims to provide an open space for discussion and an international showcase that includes presentations, case studies, and discussions close to the theme of Design for Good Health and Wellbeing to create a global network and share best practices and experiences. <\/p>\n

The WG is structured around the three pillars of the knowledge triangle \u2013 research, education, and innovation \u2013 serving as pivotal drivers for a knowledge-based society.<\/p>\n

At each Cumulus conference, the DEHA WG will focus on a specific pillar. For the Cumulus Budapest 2024 Conference, our focus will be on the topic of Aging<\/strong>, with contributions from Sheng-Hung Lee.<\/p>\n

Sheng-Hung Lee<\/strong> is a designer and PhD researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) AgeLab and Ideation Lab and Board Director at Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). He is inspired by multiple domains of knowledge and perspectives while working at IDEO and serves as Adjunct Associate Professor at Shih Chien University, Taiwan.
\nHis lecture \u201cDesign for Longevity and Service Innovation\u201d will provide valuable perspectives and inspire fruitful discussions among our participants, comprising researchers, educators, practitioners, and industry professionals.
