Summary

Mission

Our main purpose is to have students acquire a wide view in the field of design and art,and eventually guiding to become creative and innovative talents.

International role

We think the education must be internationalized, especially in the field of design and art. As part of our international exchange activities, we carry out a variety of programs according to exchange agreements with Konstfack University College of Art Crafts and Design, Scool of Photography, Goteborg University, The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, Royal Academy of Fine Arts, The Hague/KABK, The Willem de Kooning Academy of Hogeschool Rotterdam, UWE Bristol, School of Art, Media and Design, and Winchester School of Art University of Southampton. We also plan exchange activities with other universities of fine arts and design all over the world.

National role

Every February, we hold joint graduation of art universities, Musashino Art University, Tama Art University, Joshibi University of Art and Design, and Nihon University.
