Key performance indicators and professorial career systems survey

Aalto University School of Art and Design, Finland – due 15 September 2011

 

Cumulus member Aalto University School of Art and Design is constantly improving the quality of teaching and research as all institutions naturally are. In order to do this, we need relevant indicators to measure our success in various fields. At the moment we are reexamining the indicators we currently use and developing new measurement tools that might serve us better as we try to reach our future goals.

We are also looking into our career systems and trying to develop them in order to be an attractive employer also in the future.

In order to do all this we would appreciate the help of the international family of Cumulus. We would like to know how your institution has organized these systems.

A summary of the survey among Cumulus members will be available in English and its results will be used to serve the development of the areas also by the Cumulus.

We would highly appreciate if you can answer the survey by  15th of September 2011.
