17th Nordic Conference on Small Business Research, May 23 - 25, 2012
The first Nordic Conference on Small Business Research was organized in 1980 by Göran Andersson and Bengt Johannisson at Växjö University in Sweden.
Since then this biennial event has been circulating in different Nordic Countries. In 2008 NCSB was organized in Estonia, which was the first time when the Conference took place outside the Nordic Countries. The previous Conference was organized by the University of Southern Denmark in May 2010.
The Conference follows the Nordic tradition, characterized by an open atmosphere that encourages the exchange of ideas between researchers, experts and practitioners in entrepreneurship and small business.
NCSB 2012 will continue this tradition but also widen the perspective to more interdisciplinary areas following the so called "Aalto Spirit". Even if the name of the Conference refers to Nordic countries contributors and participants from all over the world are warmly welcome.
Welcome to the 17th Nordic Conference on Small Business Research!
